Initial Counseling
It includes a 90 minutes advice on any matter included in the areas covered for the development of your business, as the correct choice of the legal entity, tax advice, financing, protecting your brand, etc. If then hire our services or other packages, this is deduced from the final amount.
Service: Initial 90 minutes Counseling, no subscription.
Plus
Initian Counseling + 3 core documents ("Basic" service) + 1 month of the "Full Startup Legal" subscription.
It includes advice on the right choise of the legal entity; incorporation ("statutes" or "social pact") of the company; shareholder agreements; initiation of activities and getting the "RUT" before the competent authority "Servicio de Impuestos Internos" + 1 month of the "Full Startup Legal" subscription.
Service: Monthly Subscription (1 month) + Initials procedures for the operation of your business.
Full Venture Legal
Initial Counseling + 6 core documents per year ("Basic" service + 3 choise documents) + Annual subscription.
It includes outgoing counseling service comprising unlimited "quick questions", annual legal control of your society, business review, legal documents review that gives you adequate protection and special report at the end of the year. In addition, 6 core documents per year and subscriber discount consistent of 50% of the cost of any of our services to be contracted additionally.
Service: Annual subscription + 6 core documents + continuous legal advice.

What if I need a document that is not listed?
In that case, depending on the particular demand for documents of each company, we can offer a proposal for other documents, with a subscriber discount. In most cases, it is possible to reach an agreement for an additional one-time fee. In very specific cases, to a specific request, we can reach an agreement suitable to the needs of the subscriber.
